

Our Policies
Fees

All tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full term tuition fee must be paid before the commencement of the class.

Payment plans are available upon request.
Make Up Class
-
No more than two make-up classes are allowed per term.

Notification of absence must be received at least 24 hours prior class commencement.

Make up class must be scheduled in advance and is limited to existing class times only.

Make up class is subject to availability of slots and classes.
Class Guidelines

Students should be dropped off/ picked up within 5 minutes of starting and finishing times.​​​

​To ensure the best experience for all students, only enrolled children are permitted to attend the class. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests during lesson time.​

For the benefit of the child, parents/ guardians are asked not to stay during lessons. If you would like to participate in a session with your child, please consider selecting one of our holiday workshops.

Photos may be taken for marketing purposes unless otherwise informed prior to enrolment; please notify us if you do not consent.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward violence and disrespectful behaviour, and reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend the enrolment of any child engaging in such conduct.​

Class schedules may differ from the advertised timetable. Minimum enrolment numbers apply, and classes will not proceed until these numbers are met. In the event of a cancelled class, a refund or rescheduling will be offered, with no additional fees incurred.​
