Our Policies

Fees

  • All tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Full term tuition fee must be paid before the commencement of the class.

  • Payment plans are available upon request.

 

Make Up Class

  • No more than two make-up classes are allowed per term.

  • Notification of absence must be received at least 24 hours prior class commencement.

  • Make up class must be scheduled in advance and is limited to existing class times only.

  • Make up class is subject to availability of slots and classes.

 

Class Guidelines

  • Students should be dropped off/ picked up within 5 minutes of starting and finishing times.​​​

  • ​To ensure the best experience for all students, only enrolled children are permitted to attend the class. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests during lesson time.​

  • For the benefit of the child, parents/ guardians are asked not to stay during lessons. If you would like to participate in a session with your child, please consider selecting one of our holiday workshops.

  • Photos may be taken for marketing purposes unless otherwise informed prior to enrolment; please notify us if you do not consent.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward violence and disrespectful behaviour, and reserve the right to refuse, terminate, or suspend the enrolment of any child engaging in such conduct.​

​

  • Class schedules may differ from the advertised timetable. Minimum enrolment numbers apply, and classes will not proceed until these numbers are met. In the event of a cancelled class, a refund or rescheduling will be offered, with no additional fees incurred.​

​

  • Paper & Palette is not responsible for the safety of children outside their class times.
