Our Policies

Fees

All tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full term tuition must be paid prior to the commencement of classes.
Payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed upon in advance. All instalments must be completed by the agreed dates. Missed payments may result in suspension of the student’s place until payment is received.

No more than two make-up classes are permitted per term.
Notification of absence must be received at least 24 hours prior to class commencement.
Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and are limited to existing class times only.
All make-up classes are subject to availability.
Missed classes are not refundable or transferable.

Students should be dropped off and picked up within 5 minutes of class start and finish times. Please inform us in advance if you are running late.
To ensure the best experience for all students, only enrolled children are permitted to attend classes. We are unable to accommodate additional guests during lesson time.
For the benefit of the child, parents/guardians are asked not to stay during lessons. If you would like to participate alongside your child, we recommend joining one of our holiday workshops.
Paper & Palette is not responsible for the supervision of children outside of their scheduled class times.

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs of your child.
In the event of an emergency, Paper & Palette reserves the right to seek medical assistance if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.

All materials are provided unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure students wear appropriate clothing, as art materials may stain.
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Paper & Palette is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Photos and videos may be taken during classes for marketing and promotional purposes. Please notify us prior to enrolment if you do not consent.

Class schedules may vary from the advertised timetable. Minimum enrolment numbers apply, and classes will only proceed once these are met.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Paper & Palette, a make-up session, credit, or refund will be offered.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of class cancellation by Paper & Palette. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, missed classes, or scheduling conflicts.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, bullying, or disrespectful behaviour.
Paper & Palette reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate enrolment if a student’s behaviour is deemed disruptive or not in the best interest of the class or the child.
